By buying a prepaid Voucher customers can "Buy Now, Enjoy Later" knowing they are helping support a local business!

Via your business listing on My Guide Warsaw, people can buy vouchers to later redeem for your services. By signing up, you agree that we are acting as your agent for selling vouchers online, to assist you in the online provision of vouchers for future products or services that you will offer the purchasers of those vouchers. We agree to act as your agent, and supply vouchers to your customers, and process payments for you directly to your Stripe account. Please refer to the terms and conditions on our website. The vouchers are used to redeem the value purchased in services provided by your business.

Promote your dedicated business page on My Guide Warsaw on your own social media and website and via other marketing channels, such as email. While we will be promoting My Guide vouchers globally, this is about you engaging with your local community and loyal customers from around the world.

Vouchers are bought on the My Guide platform using the Stripe platform. Payments go directly to your Free Stripe account, which is linked to our platform so that it can receive payments. You will be able to monitor all payments received when you login to your Stripe account. You control your Stripe account and can transfer payments from there to your regular business account. (Stripe offers online payment processing for businesses).

When we review your application to add vouchers to your dedicated business page you will be sent an email where you can follow a link to create your Free Stripe account or connect your existing Stripe account to the My Guide platform.

My Guide charges no fees at all. We want to help so we offer you this service free of charge. There are Stripe fees with each transaction, however. They vary per country and from 1.4% + €0.25 to 2.9% + € 0.25 per transaction.

Our system will automatically issue a voucher with a unique order code. You will receive a copy of the email with the order reference, date of purchase and the purchaser details attached. The purchaser will display the voucher with the unique order code when redeeming the voucher at your business. Vouchers must be valid for a minimum of 18 months from purchase.

By signing up, you agree that we are acting as your agent for selling vouchers online. You are asking us to assist you in the online provision of vouchers for future products or services that you will offer the purchasers of those vouchers. We agree to act as your agent, and supply vouchers to your customers, and process payments for you directly to your FREE Stripe account. Please refer to the terms and conditions on our website. The vouchers are used to redeem the value purchased in services provided by your business and by selling these vouchers you agree that they will remain valid for a minimum of 18 months from the date of purchase.
