Spanish restaurants are perhaps not as common as those of other nations, but Spanish national cuisine is no less delicious and Ole! Tapas Steak Restaurant is a prime example of this. The experienced chefs working here prepare traditional dishes redolent of the finest culinary traditions of Spain. With a friendly, helpful staff on hand to assist and advise you can be sure to experience a genuine piece of Spain right in the centre of Warsaw.

For starters there is Spanish tortilla, fresh veal liver with red onion chutney or prawns in piri piri sauce. You can share a cold platter of Spanish sheep cheese served with quince marmalade or a selection of Serrano cold meats with a group.

Fish soup with sea devil or rich bean stew from Asturias (Fabada) will heat up your bones. Basque, Galician, KOBE style and sirloin meats are prepared using tried and tested recipes. For the main course, try traditionally prepared beef, tuna steak, a Spanish version of steak bavette (Entranas), lamb chops, ox tail (Corrida), foie gras with onion chutney, or the Castilian board bullfighters - a collection of five different types of meat.

For those wishing to have something a bit lighter, there is the white tuna with Canarejal cheese and tomato or the smoked cured breast of duck with rocket salad, pear and roasted seeds. If you have any room left, Crema Catalana is a traditional Catalan dessert consisting of a rich custard base topped with a layer of hard caramel with an aroma of citrus fruits as well as cinnamon. There is a wide selection of wines from Spain and other countries to compliment your meal.

Enjoy a Coffee Karajillo, coffee with cognac, a pleasant way to end a satisfying meal. Alternatively, you can enjoy a soft drink or other non-alcoholic hot drinks to complement your Spanish eating experience.
