The rooms were clean and the neighborhood is really quiet at night. The standout for me was the shower, really good pressure on the water flow. Breakfast is medium sized but they had hot and cold options
Hotel feels really luxurious. The rooms are with just enough space to do your daily activities. Lots of cupboards to store your staff. Very professional staff. The surrounding area is very peaceful and safe, even at 10 pm, my walks felt really relaxed and without concern. The breakfast is with enough choice for everyone to find something they like. I would suggest keeping everything as it is since it is perfect, the bread was a bit stale though and the hot water in the shower took like 2 minutes to finally turn warm, it stayed warm after that, however.
We stayed here as a group of 7 people (6 of us for 5 nights). At the beginning, the staff was friendly and helpful: they answered our questions and even lent us cutlery for dinner. Breakfasts were okay, but very repetitive — almost the same every day. Considering the price (60 PLN per person), the breakfast is definitely not worth the money. Unfortunately, there were several serious issues that significantly affected our stay: • One room was booked with a double bed, but in reality it was two single beds pushed together. They kept moving apart and were uncomfortable to sleep on. • Very poor soundproofing: you can clearly hear noise from the corridor and other rooms. • The room lacked basic items: no teaspoons (only disposable wooden sticks), no paper tissues, and very low-quality tea. • Toiletries were minimal — only shower gel and soap. • The biggest disappointment was the situation with coffee. Earlier during our stay, a staff member told us it was okay to take coffee in a thermos cup to go. However, on the day of departure, when we were in a hurry, we were suddenly told that only one small coffee is included in breakfast and that we had to pay 14 PLN extra per cup. This rule was never explained beforehand. When I tried to explain the situation in English at reception, the receptionist made a phone call and used offensive and inappropriate language while talking about us, assuming we didn’t understand Polish. This behavior was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. We paid because we had no time to argue, but the overall experience was disappointing. The stay started well, but the lack of transparency and the staff’s attitude really ruined it.
Good value hotel in Warsaw, the only disadvantage is thin walls which means that you hear you neighbours quite well 😮🤣
