I wholeheartedly recommend classes with Kasia; she's definitely one of those people who makes you want to exercise! She's incredibly motivating, and her enthusiasm is contagious. I come to classes with pleasure, and I leave feeling tired, but with a sense of humor and immense satisfaction, because I see the results in the mirror afterward.
I'm incredibly glad I signed up for the classes. I look forward to every Sunday. I've only been going for two months, and my back pain is already gone. The atmosphere is wonderful. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!
