The best gym in Sielce. I miss it a lot, after I relocated to another part of the city. It is generally hard to find good or even acceptable gyms in Warsaw without travelling large distances, so the Regent was an incredibly lucky find in my local area. The Regent has a great selection of modern exercise equipment, mostly in good working order - unlike in a certain other gym in this neighbourhood. The place is clean and pretty well maintained, the staff are friendly and helpful, and you are provided with towels and drinking water (via a water cooler) free of charge. This free drinking water seems to be a very big luxury perk in Poland, where most gyms try to sell overpriced bottled water instead. There are only a few negative things that I feel I need to mention. There is sometimes a bad smell in the showers and bathroom of the men's changing room (old plumbing?), the jacuzzi is sometimes out of order (maintenance), and the pool area can sometimes get very busy with hotel guests. Sorry Regent, I didn't want to be negative but I had to be honest! This is an expensive gym in Polish terms - it has to be said. But I did not regret a single penny I spent here, simply because after years struggling with bad gyms in Lower Mokotow, the Regent seemed like a godsend. It was truly one of the best things about living in this neighbourhood and absolutely, undoubtedly the best gym in this part of the city.
