Friends said it’s a MUST to eat here and we’re so glad we got to try this restaurant. All of the sides were sooo good, especially the spicy kimchi, sweet potato noodles, radish and spicy cucumber. Everything was super tasty and filling. We thought about ordering more at the start, but we barely finished. Also I’d say it’s very cheap, for the fried chicken box, bibimbamp and 2 lemonades we paid only 25€
A highly popular and budget-friendly Korean restaurant. It was fully occupied upon our arrival, requiring a brief wait, but the quality of the food makes it worth the time. Everything we tried was good, with the slight exception of the mild fried chicken, which leaned a bit on the salty side.
I was missing some hearty Asian food, so I decided to stop by for Korean food. Overall, the food was pretty good. I had the braised beef, which was tender and flavorful. I especially loved the large selection of side dishes, and they were all decent. The place is run very efficiently. I waited about 10 minutes, and even at 8 p.m. there was still a line outside. The ordering process is simple: you go in order, select your side dishes, take a number, and find a place to sit. A staff member brings your lunch box to your table within minutes. It’s definitely worth a try if you want something other than Polish food for a change. One thing that could be improved is how the staff carries the lunch boxes. They were holding one in each hand at an angle, which didn’t look very professional. It would be nicer if they carried them more carefully and level.
The concept is great , you build your own box with a main dish and different sides, which makes it fun and satisfying. We tried the Korean fried chicken (spicy); it was tasty, but the sauce was a bit too strong and slightly overpowered the natural flavor of the chicken. Still enjoyable overall. The side dishes were good. Portions are decent and everything tasted fresh. It’s also quite fast, more like a casual, street-food style place. The only downside for us was the welcome. The lady at the entrance was a bit rude. While we were waiting, she said only two people could stand there and asked us to go outside. When my girlfriend said it was cold, she replied “No, it’s not cold,” which didn’t feel very appropriate. Temperature is subjective, and a bit more polite communication would have made a big difference. Other than that, the food and overall vibe were really good. I’d still recommend it, but the first impression (service at the entrance) could definitely be improved.
This place had been recommended to me many times, so I finally went there today. I had also heard about quite long queues, but when I got there I only had to wait about 10 minutes for a table. The décor was very lively and suited the place perfectly. I’m also very pleased with the prices; I paid 37 zł for a full meal with four sides. I waited about 10 minutes for my order too, so everything went very smoothly. The food itself was delicious and there was quite a lot of it. I definitely recommend Korean Fried Chicken. Overall, the place seems perfect for a quick lunch or a date.
