I stayed at this hotel twice over the past three weeks. The first stay deserves four and a half stars. We had a corner suite, although the downside was that it was located on the second floor. Due to construction and excavation work right outside the hotel, there was quite a lot of noise. This is obviously not the hotel’s fault, but I would have appreciated knowing about the construction in advance. The breakfast was very good, but the staff were not particularly efficient at clearing tables. With so many people, it was difficult to find a clean table. During my second stay, we had a different room on the 12th floor, with a more interesting view and a much quieter environment. There were several issues during this stay, but the hotel handled them reasonably well and managed to resolve them. The air conditioning was dripping and leaking during the first night, which made it difficult to sleep. However, they fixed it quickly the following day. The iron was also broken, but I was given a new one immediately. What brings the rating for the second stay down is that one morning, housekeeping entered the room at 8:15 a.m. without knocking, even though the “Do Not Disturb” sign was hanging on the door. She seemed confused herself, simply walked out and slammed the door behind her without even apologising. Not very professional, although we did report the incident to reception. The housekeeping after the second day was also not very good – we didn’t even get any water, and there were coffee stains on the kitchen counter. 🤷♀️ The housekeeping after the third day, however, was excellent, with water replenished and clean glasses and cups – which is what you would actually expect every day. All in all, we enjoyed our stays. The rooms are well designed and practical, with plenty of space and a good setup for working and relaxing. The coffee machine and refrigerator are definite advantages. Working air conditioning is absolutely essential when it is 35°C outside. Having two different food halls on either side of the hotel is also a great advantage. I would definitely consider staying here again. However, as long as there is construction going on outside, I would recommend requesting a room on one of the higher floors.
I love everything about this hotel. The rooms are beautiful and will equipped. The restaurant has many delicious options and the staff is wonderful. Julia was especially helpful and kind!
Lots of space and storage room. With a small kitchen, water kettle, coffee machine, pots, plates, and utensils. Bed is comfy. Breakfast excellent, worth the 95 PLN extra charge. City center within walking distance. Very safe. There is some construction on the street, but the hotel itself is not affected. And it looks like you can rent bikes from the reception. Or maybe it’s free? Warsaw is surprisingly bike friendly. The only complain: There was some drilling noice on the 16th floor on Friday afternoon.
Lovely hotel with excellent service from start to finish. I received a very warm welcome from Julia at reception, which set a great tone for the stay. I was also hosting an event at the hotel, and the support from Anita, Dominika and Diana throughout was excellent — professional, attentive and always helpful. The wider hotel team were also fantastic and made everything run smoothly. The room was very comfortable, and the food was excellent as well. Overall, a really positive experience and I would be very happy to return.
We had the great pleasure of staying at Royal Tulip Warsaw and can confidently say it was an excellent experience. From the very beginning, we were warmly welcomed by Ms. Katarzyna at reception, whose kindness and professionalism made us feel truly appreciated. The room was spotless, fresh, and beautifully designed in a modern style. The well-equipped kitchenette, complete with kitchenware and a fridge with a freezer, was a great and practical addition. The bathroom was top-class, with fragrant towels, high-quality cosmetics, and a fantastic shower featuring both a handheld option and a rain shower. The view from the 16th floor was stunning, especially in the evening when Warsaw lights up. We also loved the comfortable armchair and the very cozy bed with a high-quality mattress. Accesible gym available as well. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. A wonderful, smiling chef prepared fresh eggs Benedict especially for us both the guacamole and salmon versions were outstanding. The underground parking is a big advantage in such a busy city, and the hotel is very easy to find using sat nav. The only minor downside was the parking exit – the QR code system could work a bit longer, as a few cars (including us) got stuck at the barrier. Overall, a fantastic stay and we would gladly return!
