I was torn between 3 and 4 stars with my rating. I gave it 4 because of the customer service and the very friendly service. However, what immediately put me off was the reception. On the website, the place looks luxurious, but once you walk in, the charm is shattered. A torn sofa, dirty walls, a table like something from a 1990s office, and a large water jug. And so little is needed to improve the impression and aesthetics, for example, replacing the jug with glass jugs of water and lemon...? A wobbly coat rack behind the door. All this makes you feel like you're entering an outdated office or clinic, not a spa. The treatment room was very dark, perhaps intentionally to hide the dirty walls and general mess...?
