The food was outstanding: an explosion of flavours, beautifully balanced and presented. Unfortunately, the service did not meet the level I would expect from a restaurant recommended by the Michelin Guide. Our original reservation was for 9:30 pm. We called to ask if we could arrive earlier and were told this was absolutely fine, while also being told that we could still arrive by 9:30 pm at the latest. We arrived at 9:17 pm and were then told that the kitchen would close at 9:30 pm, so we were encouraged to order everything at once: starter, main and dessert. The dishes were then served one immediately after another, with virtually no time to properly enjoy each course before the next one arrived. My dessert was brought while I still had red wine in my glass, which affected the wine and prevented me from properly enjoying it. While we were still seated, all the kitchen lights were also switched off, which we understood as an indication that the evening was expected to end. This was particularly disappointing as we were celebrating an important occasion. For me, dining at this level is about more than the food: pacing, atmosphere and service are equally part of the experience. The food was genuinely excellent, which makes this even more unfortunate. If the kitchen closes at 9:30 pm while the restaurant remains open until 10:30 pm, I would strongly suggest making 8:30 pm the latest reservation, unless there is flexibility in how the final tables are served. This would give guests enough time to enjoy their experience properly and allow the team to finish their shift on time, without putting pressure on customers.

We had a wonderful time at Tuna. Great food, fun atmosphere, a very attentive staff and great cocktails, mocktails and unique champagne. Must try when in Warsaw.
I highly recommend Tuna. For me is the best spot for fish & seafood in town. Great atmosphere, beautiful decor, creative/crafty food based on top notch produce along with exciting wine selection and very hospitable service. A must do!
