Amazing food is one thing—but meeting Michel Moran was the highlight of our visit. Joanna and I had the pleasure of chatting with him after dinner, and his passion, humility, and sense of humor were just as impressive as the dishes coming out of the kitchen. Suddenly, everything on the plate made even more sense. Now we have only one question... does talking to the chef make the food taste even better, or does the food make the conversation better? Either way, we'll definitely be back. Thanks Chef!
The food was excellent, with well-prepared dishes served quickly. Compliments to the kitchen! Unfortunately, the service was very disappointing, poorly organized and inattentive! We arrived at the beginning of lunch service, around 1:00 p.m. I ordered a bottle of champagne, but only after a long wait did a waiter come back to tell me it wasn't available. I believe this is the kind of information the staff should already know at the start of service. Then when we had almost finished our first course and, despite repeatedly asking, we still hadn't been served any water or drinks. The waitstaff apologized several times, but nothing was done to resolve the situation. I choose this place for one special day but This poor service seriously affected what could have been a much more enjoyable dining experience. The outdoor area is beautiful and well maintained. However, given the hot weather, a few cooling fans would have made it much more comfortable. I still would recommend this restaurant mainly for the quality of the food and above all because of Michel. His professionalism and friendliness are a real added value. Without him, for my opinion this would probably be just another restaurant, not particularly memorable.
