We had a very enjoyable dinner at Ceviche Bar in Warsaw. We started with several dishes, including the guacamole, tuna ceviche, and white fish ceviche, all of which were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. For the main course, we shared the corvina fish with a mushroom skewer, and it was excellent—perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The cocktails were tasty and complemented the meal very well. Service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was lively yet relaxed. Overall, a very positive experience and a place we would happily recommend.
The corvina ceviche was excellent i loved it. Served with as a side corn chips but we ordered guacamole with it. The cocktails are excellent. Pisco sours and the medusa was excellent. Like seriously good. Lovely staff we had the nicest waitress. She was kind, helpful and polite and gave us english menus and recommendations for Warsaw. Cool atmosphere. Nice vibe. Recommend.
Very pleasant staff. Maybe even to pleasant. Waitress were comming to us i think too many times. It's not a big problem, but it was a bit wierd. Food was good, but Tuna ceviche was too spicy. It killed all the flavour. Squid was very good. Steak was i think the best i ever eat. Delicate and falling apart in your mouth. Just great. Drinks had also too much spice. Deserts were ok but i would get them second time. I can recommend Ceviche.
The food was very good, though the tuna in the ceviche was perhaps a bit overpowered by the very strong curing sauce. That’s typical with ceviche but it’s good to let your main ingredient shine a bit more. Still very good though. The octopus was amazing but a bit too much chilli on the burrata. I do think this is way too expensive for what it is (EUR 75 for one person) so personally wouldn’t return. Perhaps if a business dinner. I did really like the Peruvian restaurant aesthetic.
Went to have ceviche. Got the one called „Mixto” Sadly it was so tiny for it’s price and way too sour. Guacamole and truffle fries was very good. Beef empanada was okay. Pineapple matcha was great. Kawaii cocktail very soft and tasty. Tuna&corn dish i personaly didn’t like. Corn been boiled without salt so was tasteless. Also i didn’t like that in this kind of place they didn’t care of bring water at the beginning. Cost nothing to be a bit more nicer.
