I was initially warmly.welcomed by the man running the place, he showed me the facilities then offered me a drink. After the sauna, the young girl at reception was extremely rude to me, used a negative tone and spoke down towards me. I would like to say if you're a tourist or not a polish national, watch out for this place as you will be mistreated.
Nice small place in the city center, modern and clean. But not enough loungers to relax or read. And very expensive for the offer. In Berlin for the same price, you can stay 1 hour longer, can use 10 different saunas, can swin in outside and inside pools, get peeling during the infusion, enjoy the big garden...

I went to this new spa yesterday. Everything is really beautiful and clean. The staff are very, very friendly. I also booked a relaxing massage, which was simply fantastic. Today, I feel like a new person! Thank you very much! I will definitely be back.
This is my 4th visit as of today. The location is very central. There is parking available. The concept is very nice. Customer comfort is completely considered. The price is quite reasonable. The staff are kind and helpful. The relaxation areas are very comfortable. The cold showers are useful. The sauna is very spacious and not crowded. In addition to all this, the massage by therapist Ms. Viktoria!!! is incredible!! Very professional and incredibly skilled.🙏
