The classes are very fun, interesting, and varied. There are lots of tools, including pasta, balls, funny 'plates,' and hula hoops. I'm so happy with the initiative!
I have Aqua Aerobics classes at Hirszfelda and I am very happy with them
The classes are great; they improve your mood and fitness. Each time there are different exercises with different equipment, so there's no chance of boredom. The instructor is very friendly and motivating; it's clear she enjoys leading these classes. After each class, I look forward to the next one, and I usually quickly gave up on other activities. These classes were a hit :) I highly recommend them.
