The place look nice, but they should limited number of people. Swimming pool is really small, so if you want to swim little bit this place is not for you, but the worst part is people those are working there. Lifeguards next to the pool and people who are working in the sauna part are very rude. They are screaming on visitors. So it is not relaxing at all. And be careful, because after 8:00 pm, people can swim without swimsuit in swimming pool. I think the staff should have warned us about this when we bought the tickets, because we didn't know and we didn't like it very much, so we had to leave early.
Based upon my experience I would recommend this clinic. I had a Skinfrax with RF treatment with Angelika - she is amazing! Treatment was great and results are showing already. With this treatment a free treatment is given for another day and so I returned, the review is listed on the clinic website - my only minus point is the young brunette receptionist with facial piercings who is rude. She was rude to my friend and shouted at me as I waited for my friend to finish the treatment. She shouted to me (from 4-5 meter distance across the lobby) to return the bracelet and pay. 1) never received a bracelet and my payment had been long completed. I said I received no bracelet and had paid already and she asked 2 more times about my payment. It is not what is said rather how… very rude. Then my friend finished and I wanted to help her get the VAT receipt as she is from Amerika. First this girl says “we don’t make” then after being persistent and pointing out the VAT sign in polish, she called her manager. The entire time very rude. In my Opinion she does not fit as everyone else was nice welcoming and friendly except her.
