Pera Steak House and Seafood
Warsaw
Recensioner
Unfortunately, our visit to Pera Steakhouse was a disappointment. I ordered my steak medium, but it was served pre-sliced on a very hot plate. As a result, the steak kept cooking while it was on the table, so within a few minutes it was no longer medium. A quality steak should never continue cooking after it reaches the guest. For my son, I ordered a Filet Mignon cooked medium-well, but it was another disappointment. Instead of being served as a whole, thick filet, it was butterflied into two thin pieces. This made it almost impossible to cook correctly, and both pieces arrived well-done instead of medium-well. What was even more disappointing was the quality of the meat itself. The steaks are advertised as Prime, but the one I received was far from what I would expect from a steakhouse. It contained several tough, chewy sections that were almost impossible to eat. When you visit a restaurant that specializes in steaks, you expect excellent meat quality, proper cooking, and professional presentation. Unfortunately, this restaurant failed on all three. I really wanted to enjoy this meal, but overall it was a very disappointing experience.
Came in for drinks. Atmosphere was warm and wonderful. Our server Daria made us feel very welcomed and the experience was overall the best part of the our holiday so far. Will definitely have to return to try the food but if the smell and looks are any indication it will taste immaculate.
Genuinely the best steak in warsaw i cannot recommend this place enough! the food is delicious and the atmosphere is perfect and warm, the service was also amazing we got served by Iza that definitely deserves the credit for her work
First, let's talk about the taste. Every dish was delicious. I highly recommend the T-Bone steak. However, I have to say that the serving speed was extremely slow, so slow that it was unbelievable. We went there on Valentine's Day. I understand that the restaurant was very busy, but it was obvious that this restaurant didn't make a proper plan in advance. We waited for a full hour before we got the first dish, and even the still water took a long time to arrive. After that, a new dish was served every half an hour. I don't understand why the food was served so slowly. I asked the waiter many times, but all I got was "Sorry".
Both the tomato soup and the tender loin beef were excellent. Service was very good when although a bit slow in responding. Not particularly fond of the decor especially the red lights. Definitely worth a visit
