We appreciate staying here. Beautiful hotel with excellent amenities and very responsive service. We especially appreciate the help of all the staff- at the front desk: Kasia, Diana, Marcin. And at breakfast-Damian and Janine! Breakfast was superb- there was a wide variety of offerings. I do wish that there was rice since that is typical of Japanese breakfast.
Stayed for 6 nights and I have mixed feeling about it. Probably one of the best housekeeping I saw in 5 star hotels, they folded & organised everything so neatly😃. However, for the kitchen or in room dining team, one day they completely forgot/ misplaced the card for my in room breakfast even though they took the card order hanging on my door the night before. Good thing they offered to cook free breakfast afterward but i was already late. I did ask for next day free breakfast instead and they said ok also the breakfast order card I had to ask multiple times by calling, asking the staff and going down to front desk because they didn’t left any new one in the room😅 I had to remind again about the free breakfast because they were gonna charge it. When we checked the final bill before checking out, the charged for IRD breakfast was still there 😅 needed to explain to another staff again. I understand if it 3 or 4 but 5 star 😃?. I was even questioning myself if my English is so bad they didn’t understand me. Anyway, thank you for the early check in and keeping our package safe. The vinyl inside the room was lovely. The water pressure was great. Andre, the in room dining staff on a few night shift was polite and friendly both during call and in person. Love the food at Nobu’s 🙂 always consistence in every country. Attention to detail is important and so does intercommunication between departments. Nonetheless I enjoyed my stay in Poland 🇵🇱 . Thank you for all the staff that work hard hope it can get better in the future:)
The Nobu Hotel Warsaw is a beautiful hotel with gorgeous rooms, comfortable beds, and a great location. The design is modern and luxurious, and I genuinely enjoyed my stay. I would absolutely stay here again for the comfort alone. That said, I don't think the service reflects a true five-star experience. While the staff were professional, the warmth, attentiveness, and friendliness you typically expect from a five-star hotel were missing. Simple touches, like being greeted warmly or having someone available to assist with luggage at the front entrance, would make a big difference. If you're visiting Warsaw and your priority is staying somewhere stylish, comfortable, and well-located, I'd definitely recommend Nobu. Just don't go expecting the level of hospitality and service that usually comes with a five-star hotel. There's plenty of room for improvement in that area.
5/5 - A wonderful, peaceful retreat I’ve stayed at many excellent hotels, and this one is truly impressive. Everything was high-quality and well-thought-out. The Room: Very spacious and quiet, with a beautiful Japanese-inspired design. It felt very private and shielded from street noise. The bed had a great mattress with high-quality linens, and the shower was excellent. Breakfast: Honestly exceptional. I’ve had breakfast at some top-tier hotels, and this was easily among the best. Staff & Location: The team was incredibly welcoming and friendly throughout my stay. The hotel is located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. It’s a bit of a walk to the city center, but it’s a nice stroll, and public transport is very frequent and convenient. Highly recommended for a relaxing and stylish stay!
