Description

This small-group tour is dedicated to customers who want to discover Warsaw in smaller, more intimate groups. It means that you can share transport and attractions while touring with others, but during transport, you will be using vehicles with a maximum of 8 passengers. The Palace of Culture and Science is a controversial building for many 'Varsovians'. Some of them feel that it does not fit in with the rest of the city, whereas others regard Warsaw as a spirited city in which there is a place for such a building. The tremendously structure houses restaurants, a university, theaters, cinemas, offices, conference and concert halls, and even a swimming pool, with a total of over 3,000 different rooms. The whole palace is a perfect example of the social realism style of the 50s. The interiors are covered with marble and mosaics, with the light penetrating the palace through through gigantic windows. After arriving to the terrace on the 30th floor, you will be rewarded with marvelous views of Warsaw. After your palace tour, you will progress to Lazienki Park. This is a place that shimmers with all the colors of the rainbow in Autumn, is covered in snow in the winter, and is littered with blooming flowers in the spring. The park itself covers an area of almost 80 hectares.
