Please note that sightseeing in Krakow is not included in a 11-hour tour. Skip-the-line tickets to Auschwitz-Birkenau allow you to skip the ticket line, but there is a separate line for security checks. All visitors must provide their full name when booking and bring a valid photo ID or passport. People with reduced mobility may find it difficult to move around Auschwitz-Birkenau. Wheelchairs are available from the Visitor Service Center but they have to be reserved in advance. We guarantee 3,5 hours of sightseeing in Auschwitz-Birkenau, regardless of traffic and delays. We recommend bringing your own snacks or packed lunch to Auschwitz-Birkenau as it's in a remote location and there will be no lunch break. During the 15-hour tour we can organize lunch / table reservations in Krakow.
