Begin your matcha workshop with a Japanese-style ceremonial matcha bowl, allowing you to experience the authentic taste of matcha. Then, learn about matcha's origins, history, and properties, and discover how to choose high-quality matcha. Move on to the practical part of the workshop, where each participant is assigned their own station with a bowl, a chasen (bamboo whisk), a chashaku (spoon), and a serving of ceremonial matcha. Work independently, with the instructor correcting your technique as needed. Learn how to brew matcha traditionally and prepare it in the three most popular varieties: Matcha Latte, Matcha Cloud, and Orange Matcha (Bumble). Finally, enjoy a discussion over the last cups, with time for questions and observations.
