I booked this hotel for a 2 day business trip on the strengths of the positive reviews. However, the experience of the hotel was absolutely average. The rooms are simple and reasonably sized. The bathroom was clean. The room carpet was stained and the beds don’t have a proper mattress, only a topper. The location is convenient for the airport and there is a tram stop outside to get into the centre. My main complaint was the breakfast, after eating the eggs I got sick. Also, I found the staff curt and lacking in basic customer service skills. When checking out I asked for an invoice. Due to the booking process they were unable to produce one. This is understandable. However, they went on to be obstinate and unwilling to take feedback to the fact an invoice was not available was due to their own company booking preferences. They were completely unable to accept resultant inconvenience to their clients is therefore their responsibility. This altercation with the front desk staff at the end of my stay demonstrated very clearly how the hotel manages and views the people who pay their bills and reflects poorly on the overall management of the hotel. As clients we have many other options to choose from and having experienced this hotels lack of customer service, I would not be able to recommend the hotel.

We stayed in Witkowski Hotel as we visited Warsaw for System of a Down concert. We had a lovy stay. Despite a quite a distance from the centre the hotel is well connected by tram or bus. We also received a free shuttle service from the airport. Thank you we enjoyed the stay.

A great choice if you have an early flight, free shuttle even at 4am. A kind and smiley receptionist & driver. Clean rooms. Great value for money.

The room was clean and cozy. The staff were fantastic and super helpful. There is a free shuttle to the airport. The tram to the city center or train station—just a 30-minute ride—offers a pretty nice tour of the city. We'd definitely come back.

Hotel is nice and clean, however it was pretty difficult getting in contact with them to find the shuttle. They also do not have shampoo or conditioner in the shower. They also didn't have shower gel but instead hand soap in the shower. The sofa was very hard and the bedding was very flimsy. One of the rooms breakers kept blowing out but luckily we saw where the breakers were and we're able to fix it everytime. Breakfast is an extra cost and it was ok. For a one night stay it was alright.
