PURO Hotel Warsaw Centrum New, modern and with a very cosmopolitan atmosphere. Ideal for both business trips and holidays, as its location makes it very easy to walk to many places. The metro is also very close and takes you directly to the airport, with a stop right by the main square. The bathrooms are small, but practical, and the rooms are not particularly large either, although perfectly comfortable and big enough to spend a few days exploring the city. Great location, great atmosphere and a very good option for staying in Warsaw.

We had the same issue as in the Pure Hotel in Posan. Service was great, hotel is very nice and has cool facilities, very chic. These two hotels (Posnan and Centrum) do not have A/C; they say they do but it really doesn't work, it a very faint fan running. They have the "eco-friendly" nonsense which is basically a trick for them to save money on the electric bill. We asked about the A/C not working and kept telling us that it was indeed working and that it takes half hour to kick in- We waited and waited for the cool air and never came. We were boiling in the room so the only thing they offered was a fan - which we thought it was odd they offered right away, as if though, this was a common thing, and it was/is. We later confirmed with our previous experience at the Hotel Puro in Posnan that the whole thing is just like those hotels bragging about the "eco-friendly" thing but in reality is just simple; they want to save money on the electric bill on the customers’ back. Our room, which was very nice; windows all over, nice views, had paper-thin walls so we could hear all night the bagging from above and next door. It is a cute hotel; rooms are nice and food is great. The staff were great and friendly; rooms were clean and nice. The only negative was the A/C thing and I'm really not into cold or freezing rooms but to sleep I need at least some air movement and this was not the case. We tried opening the windows but it was summer and hot out so we had no other choice but to power through it. I hope they fix that because I really enjoy my stay and has potential.

The location was absolutely perfect 😍 right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of everything. The neighborhood is full of great restaurants, lovely cafés, and plenty of nice places to eat. There are also lots of shops nearby, making it a perfect area to explore, whether you're looking for food, shopping, or just a nice walk. The hotel itself was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly kind and thoughtful. They even surprised us with a lovely sweet treat in our room to celebrate my partner's birthday, which was such a special touch and made our stay even more memorable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

I stayed at PURO Warszawa Centrum for two nights during my trip to Warsaw, and overall I had a very positive experience. The hotel has a modern design, a welcoming atmosphere, and a strong focus on technology. Its biggest advantage is definitely the location. The central railway station, shopping areas, cafés, and many restaurants are all within a 3–5 minute walk. However, after spending two full days exploring Warsaw, I realized that, as a solo traveler, I spent most of my time around the Old Town. If I visit Warsaw again, I would probably choose a hotel closer to that area. That said, the Old Town is still only about a 15–20 minute walk away. The room was comfortable and perfectly adequate for two people, although it may feel a bit tight if you're travelling with two large suitcases. One feature I really appreciated was that almost everything in the room—from the lighting to the curtains—could be controlled through a tablet. It gave the room a modern and well-designed feel. The bed was very comfortable, but unfortunately I can't say the same about the pillows. They were extremely soft, and since there were no alternative pillow options available, I ended up stacking three pillows together just to get enough support. That was probably the only part of my sleep experience that wasn't particularly comfortable. The biggest drawback for me was the air conditioning system. The room temperature is centrally controlled, and guests can only make very limited adjustments. It's also not possible to completely switch off the ventilation. I stayed here between 10 and 12 July, when the weather in Warsaw was rainy and surprisingly cold, especially in the evenings. Because the ventilation kept running, the room became uncomfortably cold during the night. The hotel staff kindly provided an extra blanket, which certainly helped, and I appreciated their willingness to assist. While I understand and support environmentally friendly energy policies, room temperature is a very personal preference, and I believe guests should have more control over it. To be honest, this is the only reason I would hesitate to stay here again. Apart from that, the hotel has an excellent Italian restaurant on the ground floor and a lovely rooftop bar that is perfect for relaxing with a drink after a day of sightseeing. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. I also liked the complimentary coffee machine in the lobby, available for all guests. It's a small gesture, but having a good cup of coffee before heading out or after returning to the hotel definitely adds to the overall guest experience. Overall, PURO Warszawa Centrum is a stylish, modern hotel with an excellent location, great staff, and thoughtful amenities. If having complete control over your room temperature isn't a priority, I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Warsaw.

Loved this hotel. I crossfit so having an exercise room with a squat rack and a rower (not a C2 but very similar in feel) was nice. The barbell isn’t 20 kg/44# or even marked but I est 15#. The dumbbells only go up to 30# (14 kg). The room was really nice with a 24 hr coffee station in the lobby. Love the power shades. Did a good job blocking light. Strong wifi signal.
