The stay was perfect. The staff, the interior design and the overall quality of everything were impeccable. You can feel in every detail from the high-quality materials to the perfect amenities that nothing here was left to chance. The relaxed atmosphere and fantastic location right in the heart of Warsaw made the trip wonderful. The staff was exceptionally great - not only very professional but at the same time very human and empathetic (especially the man who worked on Sunday evening and the woman who worked on Tuesday morning). I can't wait to stay at PURO again on my next visit!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely wonderful stay at PURO Warszawa Stare Miasto. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautiful Scandinavian design that is reflected throughout the entire hotel. The lobby is elegant and welcoming, creating a fantastic first impression. The staff deserves special recognition—they were incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Every question or request we had was met with a prompt and thoughtful response, making us feel truly well taken care of. The hotel’s restaurant is excellent, and the rooftop bar is a real highlight. Enjoying a drink there in the evening while taking in the stunning views over Warsaw was one of the best parts of our stay. The location couldn’t be better. It’s within easy walking distance of the Old Town and many of the city’s main attractions, so we were able to explore almost everything on foot without needing public transport. A pleasant surprise was the fitness center, which is exceptionally well equipped with modern, high-quality equipment—far better than what you usually find in hotels. PURO Warszawa Stare Miasto exceeded our expectations in every way. Beautiful design, outstanding service, a perfect location, great food, an amazing rooftop, and excellent facilities. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Warsaw.
I have been familiar with the PURO brand already given their primary location on Widok Street in Warsaw - love the hotel, the restaurant and Loreta Bar at the tippy top. I visited PURO and their restaurant/bakery MUND this past Friday and enjoyed my visit a lot! The interior is beautiful - warm, cozy and intimate - great for both casual and formal meeting. I had wine and tartare and it was simply delicious! The Staff is super professional, friendly and helpful. I would like to give THE BIGGEST thanks to MAJA from the front desk and ŁUKASZ from MUND who took it upon themselves to search for my missing bag from my visit with valuables I could not fathom losing forever. After it was found and returned I was offered water and coffee so that I could calm down my nerves and regain composure. I could not be more thankful for the kindness and support you showed me as your Customer. I will be back for another visit soon and will recommend the PURO brand to my friends & family DZIĘKUJĘ!
We were truly blown away by this hotel. The Scandinavian-style design is stunning and finished to a very high standard. We stayed in a standard double room, which was a good size overall, though it could have benefited from a little more hanging space and an extra cupboard under the desk area. The bathroom was small but beautifully designed. The mirror was slightly unusual, as it seemed a little distorted. We had breakfast and coffee at the bakery both mornings, and everything was delicious and of excellent quality. My girlfriend is already keen to return just for the pastries and coffee alone! The staff, as always at Puro, were outstanding. The lady who welcomed us at reception was fantastic and took the time to explain the hotel, the local area, and all the nearby Christmas attractions. We loved every aspect of our stay, and it really enhanced our brief stopover in Warsaw.
