I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and level of service at this hotel. The breakfasts were very good — varied and quite tasty. The location is also excellent, with convenient connections to pretty much anywhere in Warsaw. I also really liked the fact that the room, which is practically a small one-bedroom apartment, has everything you need not just for a night or two, but for a longer stay of a week or even two weeks. I would also like to mention two members of the reception team, Olena and Anastasia. They were both very friendly, helpful and professional. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.
I failed to plan ahead properly for a concert, and required a room at short notice. Check in was really quick and straightforward. The room was fantastic, the balcony gave a decent view, even though I wasn't on the top floors. Check out in the morning, again, quick and straightforward. Didn't have a chance to try the restaurant, unfortunately. Only had a chance to meet the ladies on the front desk, and they were all friendly and super helpful. Definitely recommended.
Our stay at Varsovia Apartments Warsaw was outstanding from beginning to end. The apartment was spotless, modern, well-equipped, and very comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was excellent, with easy access to transport and the city. We would especially like to thank Martyna and Wiktoria for their exceptional service. They were incredibly welcoming, kind, and genuinely cared about ensuring we had a perfect stay. Their professionalism, warm attitude, and prompt assistance with every request made a lasting impression. They were always available, provided clear guidance, and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and valued as guests. Both Martyna and Wiktoria truly deserve recognition for their dedication and hospitality. They are a great asset to Varsovia Apartments.
