I came here specifically to try the pork knuckle, but unfortunately it wasn’t the best I’ve had. The portion was quite small and, unfortunately, there was nothing crispy about the skin. The service was quick and okay, although not particularly friendly. The beer was good, and the dish itself was nicely presented. Overall, everything was okay, but nothing really stood out.

Good beer and tasty food overall, although some portions are a bit on the smaller side. For example, the goulash tasted good but was a little underwhelming - it had only a few small pieces of meat, so it didn’t feel very filling, and the bread ended up being the main part of the dish. I would have liked to see more options of food to share with friends The waiter was handling the whole floor, which is not easy on a busy evening Overall, I’d recommend this place - just be prepared that it can get quite loud in the evenings

I visited ČESKÁ Beer Restaurant in the center of Warsaw. I had a Pilsner Urquell (17 PLN) and utopenec (22 PLN). The beer was excellent – fresh and perfectly poured. The place has a nice atmosphere and friendly staff. However, the utopenec was not the traditional Czech style. It didn’t look like a classic pickled sausage and probably wasn’t marinated for very long. The bread was also different from typical Czech bread. I would rate the utopenec 5/10. Still, the beer was great and the place is worth visiting, especially if you want a good Czech beer in central Warsaw.

Great place for fresh Czech beer and traditional food. I had a guláš four launch and it was amazing. Service was very polite and welcoming. Really recommend to visit this place.

Traditional and unpretentious Czech food and beers at an old school pub at the heart of Warsaw. I came with my father in law for a boys night out. We pretty much enjoyed almost everything on the appetizer menu as well as the different types of Czech beer. We started with the spicy beef pate and toasted bread and garlic, the pickled sausage and beef tartare to go along with Teraz Ceska beers (Pilsner and a dark Kozel beer in the same mug). We thought we were full but finished the night each with a portion of the medova zebirka (honey BBQ ribs) which we washed down with traditional Pilsner with 3 fingers foam style (Hladinka). We left stuffed and very happy. We used a nice walk after to work off the meal. Pro-tip, sit upstairs if you want to see the beer made. We highly recommend Ceska and we’ll be back to try the large crispy pigs knuckle the next time.
