I have very mixed feelings. I purchased a Phlov firming massage. No one asked me a single question about my needs or concerns. The masseuse pulled my fingers, which had little to do with firming. She also asked if I wanted a head and face massage. I agreed. My hair was completely tangled and pulled as if it were about to be ripped out. It was unpleasant and rough. After combing it out afterward, I pulled out a lot of hair. I didn't feel this level of service and I won't be returning.
I've been twice because I received two gift cards for a 1.5-hour massage. The first time, I was disappointed. I've been getting these kinds of massages for 10 years and know what to expect. The lady didn't have time for a 1.5-hour massage, including a foot, head, or neckline massage. Basically, it was just a back rub. The second time, a different lady appeared and the massage was better, but that might have been because I'd mentioned which body parts I wanted removed beforehand. The receptionist was completely incompetent. I asked if she could offer any compensation for the first massage, but she said no. I don't think there will be a third chance thanks to that response :( However, after talking to the owners, I gave it a third chance and I wasn't disappointed. This time, everything was wonderful, from the receptionist to the massage. The massage was exactly what I expected and was accustomed to. So, I highly recommend this place!
I had a Balinese massage and I recommend it. The service was friendly, and the massage itself was satisfying :). The intensity could have been better (I even had sore muscles during previous massages), but I still left feeling relaxed.
Well i would say a good massage but not spa at all. Lovely lady who performed massage was professional and very polite. However the space together with receptionist is rather unwelcoming. It is cold, i was freezing in the room, beds are not heated nithere are rooms, the lady had scrambled for a few towels to tra and make me comfortable. At the middle of the massage very loud washing machine next door made it impossible to relax, and a tolite on the other side were making loud noises. Unfortunately the oil they use has rather disturbing ingredients i had to buy my own next door. All in all this not spa or relaxing and very far from luxury experience.
The Balinese massage was absolutely wonderful—total relaxation from the first minute to the last. The atmosphere in the salon was very pleasant, calm, and relaxing. The receptionist was also incredibly friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back!
