Been coming here for almost a month now: + 1) Gym is large, decent equipments 2) Staff is nice 3) Clean-ish 4) More or less not crowded - 1) 95% people DO NOT use towels ( worst thing) when working out INCLUDING trainers 2) Same people don't clean after themselves 3) People train in socks, slipper and etc. Because of these smell is, well... 4) Lot of middle and high school kids ( no towels, slippers) who take 4-5 machines and hog them for hours.
Solid gym! Probably the best one in the area; has all the equipment that you could possibly need including a Hyrox zone
It is a very welcoming gym, not all gyms have people who speaks fluent English, but in here they do not disappoint with understanding my needs, alongside with the couches, overall its a good quality gym
Overall, the gym is decent, but it has far too many exotic, low-value machines and far too few essential training staples. There is only one pec deck, which is a major red flag. Cable stations are very limited, so you’re constantly waiting your turn—by the time a station frees up, your workout has gone cold. There’s only one seated cable row, which is honestly hard to believe, plus just one hack squat and one leg press. These are among the most fundamental movements in fitness. If even five people are training legs at the same time, the experience becomes frustrating very quickly. My recommendation: remove machines like the lateral raise, ab crunch, and torso rotation machines (the latter being especially risky for spinal health), along with a few other redundant units. These offer little real training value. Instead, add 1–2 more pec deck machines and significantly increase the number of cable stations, ideally with setups that include a seated row and lat pull down on one side. As it stands, the layout strongly suggests that whoever designed this gym does not actually train.
The gym is generally good and has everything you need, but there are several points that should be improved. Basic hygiene is often ignored: many people don’t use personal towels and don’t wipe down the machines after training. The changing room is overcrowded, with lockers frequently left occupied for long periods and some of them regularly broken. There are also concerns about the staff. Trainers often stand by without paying attention to members and do not correct obvious mistakes in exercises. These are important remarks that, if addressed, could significantly improve the overall experience.
