The moment I paid for the food on Bolt Food, the restaurant added an extra 35 minutes to the delivery time. Then, of course, they were another 30 minutes late. Their phone is either turned off or broken; regardless, it is impossible to contact the restaurant. The food is fine; however, the same thing has happened two times in a row. It looks like they are cutting corners by using local couriers to reduce costs at the expense of service quality, which is practically non-existent..
