The'Oliva' means a tasty food, Mediterranean flavours, balanced and healthy lifestyle. The atmosphere of the restaurant creates an extraordinary wealth of fragrances and flavours remembered from trips to Southern Europe. It was created from a desire to recreate the smell of sun-warmed golden olive oil and a taste of fine wine.
Every dish is prepared based on recipes of Mediterranean and Polish cuisine, with a pinch of the Oliva's character. You will find here the best value and taste of extra virgin olive oils from Italy, Spain and Greece.
Our steaks are one of the 'specialties de la Maison of the restaurant' - they are always of the highest quality and perfectly cooked suited to the tastes of our customers. We offer Polish beef and Limousine meat - a product of the highest European sample, derived from Podlasie, the region of protected areas: Kurps Plain and Narwia Valley. All steaks are rubbed with an original blend of coffee olive oil , fresh rosemary and pepper.
We prepare all pasta ourselves using Calabrian semolina durum and free-range eggs from regional suppliers. In our pizza we offer high-quality ingredients like buffalo mozzarella and tomatoes from Campania, artichokes from Lazio, Grana Padano from Bologna and serrano ham from Sierra Morrena.
In the East countries offering delicacies of halvah is a symbol of respect and a wish of happiness for the guests. In the Oliva restaurant halvah is served as ice cream with a salt flower and aromatised orange olive oil.
We also offer tapas the Oliva style - for lesser appetite. You can enjoy our chicken liver pate that will melt in your mouth with a glass of wine from different parts of the world.
