my boyfriend brought me here for my birthday for a treatment for two, and it was AMAZING! the whole experience lasted around 2 hours and included a warm bath, an amazing massage, and tea afterwards. the service was incredibly pleasant, and the massage therapists were very professional. we left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed! the whole place is beautiful too, with lovely interiors and decorations that make the experience even more special. such a wonderful birthday treat - I would definitely recommend it!
Extremely skilled therapist Mia, great flow, great pressure. Really good at checking in and making sure I was comfortable. But, unfortunately hot stones not included and one more thing is that they don’t have welcome rituals.
The best place to get a massage in Warsaw! Jaz was an angel, so sweet and kind. I felt instantly better and the tension pretty much disappeared!
Fantastic place with quality in every detail - the atmosphere, interior, massage, service and client oriented attitude. I didn’t take pictures inside the room, but the place is modern, comfortable, cozy and very clean. Special thanks to the masseuse Thea - she did something incredible to my body and mind, I feel relaxed and truly happy. I took “Signature treatment”. I’ll definitely come back here and would recommend to all my friends
Tried this new branch as I was informed that they’re opening a new spa. I was very pleased to see the Asian theme of the whole space, It is beautifully designed, with a calm atmosphere. The massage itself was outstanding, and consistent service although out! Best value for money and Lumira carries a brand that aims to please clients. I can’t recommend it enough and will definitely be returning.
