Antresola

Polish

. Anstresola is a collection of Polish stories about delicious food and the flavours of our childhood, as well as Polish estate homes, villages and homes from Kuyavia to the region of Podhale

Goose broth with homemade noodles. If a pork breaded cutlet, always with a bone and fried in real lard. Traditional sourdough bread or white, wheat one, but enriched with grains that we love most. Every day the bread is freshly baked on the spot. Goose meat, we love it. We buy it at the local market and use it to make aromatic broth and pâté. We can talk about food for hours on end. Antresola is a tale about food. About steamed cheesecake, meringue with salty caramel and jelly made with red wine. It is a story about a breakfast table on which we serve apple drop scones. It`s the story about a table laden with plum jam, eggs and freshly baked bread. It is the story of a duck in a cherry sauce accompanied with a glass of cornelian cherry liqueur. Anstresola is a collection of Polish stories about delicious food and the flavours of our childhood, as well as Polish estate homes, villages and homes from Kuyavia to the region of Podhale. Make yourselves comfortable and sit at our tables.
