We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The atmosphere was lovely and welcoming, and the staff were very friendly, smiling, and attentive. The service was excellent, and we felt very welcomed from start to finish. A special thanks to Jacob for his outstanding service and for making our experience even more enjoyable. We stayed at Hotel Verte, where KUK is located. We had drinks every evening on the terrace or in the bar area. The service team was wonderful and knowledgeable about drinks. The terrace in particular has an incredible atmosphere. We highly recommend this place.
Our visit to the garden at Hotel Verte was truly unforgettable. It is honestly one of the most beautiful hotel gardens we have ever seen. The atmosphere was simply amazing—surrounded by lush greenery, beautiful music, and an overall sense of peace and relaxation. During the weekend, there was even a grill station, which added a special touch to the experience. Music played throughout the entire day, creating the perfect ambiance, and in the afternoon a DJ took over, making us feel, for a moment, as if we were on holiday at one of the luxury resorts in Dubai. The menu is very extensive and similar to the one at KUK Restaurant. We had the opportunity to try the steak tartare, Caesar salad, steak, and salmon—and every single dish was outstanding. Everything was absolutely delicious, beautifully prepared, and the portions were very generous. Another big highlight were the fantastic cocktails prepared by the bartender in the garden—truly excellent. Time seemed to stand still, and the whole experience was so enjoyable that we simply did not want to leave this wonderful place. Special recognition also goes to the exceptional staff, who paid attention to every detail. They were professional, friendly, attentive, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about making our visit special. Congratulations to the entire team. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Warsaw and looking for somewhere to relax and enjoy a wonderful atmosphere away from the city noise—even though the garden is located in the heart of the city, right by the Old Town. We will definitely return during our next visit to Warsaw.
