N31 restaurant&bar is an authorial restaurant run by master chef Robert Sowa.

The menu of Robert Sowa's restaurant is based on the most sophisticated tastes of Polish products and culinary hits of the world. The basis of meat dishes is excellent quality lamb, foie gras, as well as succulent Polish game, especially deer and roe. Every red meat gourmet can choose from handpicked seasoned beef, Tomahawk steaks or the Spanish Wague. Podlasie, skilandis and fatback are regional specialties, whose taste is complemented by the best traditional Polish liqueurs (nalewki) made from unusual fruits such as dogberries, quinces and chokeberries. The unquestioned number one dishes on our menu are fresh fish and seafood ranging from the classic grilled octopus to fresh lobsters. Fresh natural additives supplied by trusted growers contribute to the perfect harmony of edible herbs and flowers in meals from N31. slices of Dutch Matjes herring, home-smoked salmon with guacamole, pomelo and vinaigrette sauce with yuzu or black caviar from silver sturgeon on potato pancakes  - these appetisers are a very good beginning of every tasting menu.
