NÓW is not simply dinner. It is one of the most complete and original restaurant experiences currently available in Warsaw. The dark, intimate room seats only around twenty guests, with candlelight, an open kitchen and a focused atmosphere that makes the city outside feel very far away. The seven-course menu is intentionally kept secret, allowing each dish to arrive without expectation. The cooking is seasonal, technically precise and genuinely adventurous. The pigeon was the defining course of our evening, while the dessert combining ice cream with Antonius caviar delivered an unexpectedly elegant balance of sweetness and salinity. The pairings deserve equal attention. Both the wines and the non-alcoholic selection felt fully integrated into the menu rather than added alongside it. Magdalena Babik guides the experience with knowledge, personality and a touch of theatricality, while the chefs personally introduce the dishes, keeping the connection between the kitchen and the table unusually close. Even the departure has been considered, with the printed menu and a small take-home gift extending the memory of the meal beyond the restaurant. Distinctive, immersive and exceptionally well executed. Trust the kitchen. Trust the witch.

Thought I would never experience such surprise satisfaction and superb dining experience like last evening at Nów. Food will simply amaze you, wines will take you to great tasty journey and alcohol free pairing will add extra twist you never experienced. If you like superb (great is not good enough word) food, splendid atmosphere and simply fine place to enjoy magic at your plate and in your glass - try your luck and get table there.
It's the start of the year, and I'm convinced Christmas is just a matter of time. One of the best dinners I've had in Poland, and it feels like the restaurant has been open for many years. The wine pairing is excellent, and the service is superb. Highly recommended.
My wife and I went to the Nów restaurant and were absolutely delighted. From the moment we entered, we were captivated by its incredible, dark, and incredibly cozy atmosphere, perfect for evening gatherings. Our culinary adventure began with a delicious amuse-bouche, which perfectly whetted our appetites. Brilliant appetizers followed immediately, but the real star of the evening was the whole pigeon – a masterfully prepared dish, brimming with flavor and technical precision. As for the sweet ending, the poppy seed ice cream with the unusual, surprising addition of caviar was outstanding, and the Marcinek cake was simply flawless. The entire experience was completed by the sommelier, who selected wines that perfectly complemented every flavor of the dishes. Special thanks also go to Paulina, who took care of us throughout the evening with incredible dedication, professionalism, and a delightful smile. She made us feel special. I highly recommend Nów to anyone looking for a stylish place with top-notch cuisine. We will definitely be back!
