Some of the best sushi I’ve tried and I’ve tried a lot of sushi from different restaurants. Drinks were presented well. Highly recommend the sushi soul soft shell tempura with salmon and the sushi soul shrimp with garlic butter and salmon with truffles.

Sushi Soul – Restaurant Review Visit from 20:00 to 21:30, reservation worked smoothly. Location somewhat hidden and not easily accessible. Interior in Art Deco style, visually appealing. Culinary performance was mixed: Miso soup was solid. Sashimi overall mediocre – salmon and white fish were good, but the tuna lacked freshness, which was clearly noticeable in taste. The tuna tartare was therefore only average. A clear highlight: the mixed keto sushi platter – high quality, creative, and very convincing in flavor. Service was the main weakness: despite ordering a bottle of wine, it was never refilled. Overall attentiveness was low, with staff occasionally prioritizing internal conversations over guests. The tip selection (10/20/30%) presented with the bill felt overly presumptuous. No proper farewell, except from the head chef. Conclusion: Kitchen shows potential with some highlights, but service is clearly lacking. Rating: 2.5/5 – not recommended at this stage.

Starting with the positives, the service was very nice and professional. Also the ingredients mainly the fish was unquestionably high quality. Aside from that the sushi was tasteless. Even the rolls that one might expect to be more intense (like the special roll with garlic shrimps coriander and spicy tuna) were bland. When paying an average of 68 PLN per roll one would expect better taste. The atmosphere is nothing special as well although we were sitting farm from the doors it was very cold. Of course this opinion is subjective because I see that the majority of clients liked the restaurant. Maybe the food did not cater to our taste or the cooks had a bad day but compared to the equal priced high quality competition I would argue that this one was the worst.

All of key elements of japanese cuisine are mastered to the highest level. The service is kind helpful and fast. The atmosphere isn’t perfect but still it is for 5 stars. I really recommend this restaurant;)
